Everyone at some point in his or her lives will go through and experience some degree of difficulty whether it is emotional, physical, spiritual or psychological.
The causes are sometimes obvious but at other times the causes are not so clear and we just don’t know why we feel the way we do.
You may feel that you do not have anyone to talk to or that it would be too difficult to speak to those close to you.
Counselling will give you the opportunity to explore any issues or problems that you may have in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment.
The Therapist will act as the Facilitator to change but the change comes from within the client. The aim of the Therapist/Counsellor is to assist the client to reach their own understanding of their problems.
